I'm between deep cove & ironworkers and it's wonderful. Quiet, very green, lots of parkspaces, highly pet/dog friendly. Things could be a touch more convenient; groceries and such aren't quite walkable, but drive is short to options. Commute out of n.van is bleh, but I've had much longer in Montreal
