Pros:
- Far cheaper
- Travel to the CCH takes 15 minutes max (3 minutes train + walking)
- Shops at Hbf (Groceries, fast food etc.)

Cons:
- Gotta buy a train ticket
- Not the prettiest area
- No trains past midnight (except fri-sat), so any late partygoes will need to scoot or take a cab.
