Perfect day in mid 50s and cool wind gusts for a nice long run. Kept things in check hovering around "party pace" and low end of zone two. I stopped after hitting goal of three hours on my feet.

Real talk: I have seen this too. Cyclists acting like proper knobs to people with dogs or walkers simply enjoying the shared path/trail. Part of my #partypace philosophy is just chill & grin. What’s the rush? Does the office miss you that much? ♥️🚲
