I am suddenly reminded that for a brief period of time the wings were dripping fat straight into the bottom of the oven before I got a tray under them & now I have a nightmare in there to clean up, oh noes 😹 #partyProblems
I've used my pellet smoker in the cold before w no issues, & it wasn't even what I consider cold outside on Sat (60F?), but the smoker temp wouldn't rise over 198F (was set to 225) & the chicken wings cooked for 2h instead of 1h before I finally moved them to the oven to finish. Very sus 😒🍽️🍜
