I remember a campaign video of his where he attended a Passover seder at the home of a Jewish family in Michigan. Just getting to know them & their traditions at a holy time of year! 🤩 I just thought it was wholesome and informative.

This should not surprise anybody who has been to a Passover Seder. There are four children, one of them is canonically wicked, it ain’t ideal but that’s how it works and the tradition is important.

(Sorry, translation if it's helpful- before Passover people do spring cleaning to remove chametz/forbidden food items, including cleaning cars. Car washes in areas with religious Jews were raising their prices to take advantage.)

My grandma made egg noodles with sour cream and cottage cheese. That's been my life long comfort food. Although I also really love passover latkes for comfort.

There are movies that you’ll watch whenever they’re presented—Casablanca is one of mine. But, at least here in the US, there are those tied to specific seasons or events that are there on television that are a Thing. The Ten Commandments at Passover (or Easter); It’s a Wonderful Life at Christmas.
