I'm actually a little disappointed in #PathsOfGlory. It was good but I had very high expectations. I was surprised that it felt slow-moving at times. And I didn't like the performances of some of the soldiers, in part because they didn't act like soldiers and it took me out of the movie. #TCMParty

Tim Carey was difficult on set to the point of faking his own kidnapping. Eventually he was fired and they used a body double for the scenes filmed after. The battle scene was the last one filmed. Presumably that's why I don't recall seeing him in that scene. #TCMParty #PathsOfGlory
