For years I’ve thought of myself as weak in the left leg, despite all the PT, a bit of shame from a poorly healed PCL. Finally an MRI & now I know that I have grade 4 Osteoarthritis in my knee, but all my stabilizers are in top shape. So I’m less “weak” than I thought, even if I did cry last night.
