I thought we'd get a mill rate impact from staff
But my guess allocating is $2.32mil a year to reserves would add ~0.7% to the mill rate? Not sure though. (I'm working off 1 mill rate increase being about $3.3million in revenue.) #yqrcc

À une semaine de la clôture du dépôt des candidatures pour la présidentielle d’octobre en Côte d'Ivoire, l’Initiative pour la réconciliation et la sauvegarde du PDCI-RDA (Parti démocratique de Côte d'Ivoire-Rassemblement démocratique africain), demande la tenue d’un bureau politique et d’une convention, pour désigner un candidat. En mai dernier, à travers un vote plébiscite, le PDCI avait désigné Tidjane Thiam, le président du parti, mais ce dernier a été radié de la liste électorale définitive publiée en juin, pour des raisons administratives. Certains cadres relancent donc le débat autour d’un éventuel plan B.
