The declaration, adopted at the Congress of the Party of Justice and Reconciliation (SPP) on September 4, 2026, in Novi Pazar, outlines a strategic framework for uniting Bosniaks from Sandžak within Serbia. It emphasizes overcoming political divisions, establishing collective action among key Bosnian representatives, and strengthening institutional frameworks to protect Bosniak identity and rights. Key principles include forming a Bosnian Political Representatives Forum to coordinate policies, ensuring the Bosnian National Council operates transparently and independently, supporting the unity of the Islamic Community of Serbia, and promoting educational collaboration between Bosniak institutions. The document calls for political, religious, academic, and civil actors to recognize its historical significance and work toward institutional responsibility and communal welfare. This initiative aims to address challenges like institutional inequality and fragmented political representation while fostering national unity and stability.
