Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: restart Anime Overview:

Following the events of the initial survival game, sixteen magical girls are gathered for what is ostensibly presented as a routine training session within a controlled virtual reality environment. Among the participants is Pechka, a magical girl whose everyday ability simply allows her to enhance the flavor of food. Initiated by the mysterious administration of the Land of Magic, the exercise quickly deviates from its benign objectives as hidden rules and sinister mechanics begin to manifest. The magical girls soon find themselves trapped in a perilous trial, where their unique powers must be utilized not for practice, but as tools for basic survival as they attempt to navigate the lethal digital landscape.

Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: restart Anime Overview:

Magical Girl Raising Project restart is a survival thriller anime series that shifts its focus to a new group of magical girls trapped in a lethal competition. Following the chilling events of the original game orchestrated by the Land of Magic, sixteen new magical girls are gathered under the pretense of a routine training exercise within a virtual environment. Among them is Pechka, whose ability is limited to making ordinary food taste exceptionally good, making her feel entirely out of place alongside combat-capable participants. What is initially presented as a harmless simulation quickly transforms into a dangerous trial when the rules of the virtual space turn hostile, forcing the participants to navigate a high-stakes struggle for survival where cooperation and trust are scarce.

this is extremely bothering me for henshin logic, she transformed into magical girl form, took off her magical girl costume and wore a dress, then detransformed still wearing the dress. How does this work? Did she lose the clothes she wore before transforming? Was she naked before? Lots of questions

From Magical Girl Rising Project Restart ep1, Pechka looks in the mirror contemplating if she should wear her magical girl outfit to see the boy she likes.

She decides to wear a different dress and takes off her magical girl outfit.

She was wearing the dress she put after transforming.

After detransforming she is still wearing the dress.
