3) Was told ban could only be add'l charge on top of other charges. I'm a #transgender woman. By #executiveorder I can only use the men's #bathroom in fed. facilities. If I'm charged with #peeingwhiletrans in women's bathroom, will I also get #overcharged by our so-called #criminaljustice system?

2) I was told this "will not affect person wearing mask for health reasons." Is simply asserting one masks for health to a cop sufficient? If not, NYS becomes a #papersplease state. Also, requiring doc note disproportionately affects #uninsured #underinsured #lowincome who cannot get to a doctor.

1) #tldr of reasons in link to oppose the #maskban: masks protect individual & public health, protect protestors from persecution; enforcement always disproportionately marginalized people; no evidence mask bans reduce crime, gives #trump regime more tools to attack public health & civil rights.
