I can't say I agree with Joel's assessment. From where I'm standing Pennywize and Silly Hat Harford are vastly more serious candidates than Calvert and Karl the Ice Cream man.
Twelve candidates – including at least one actual clown – have put up their hands for the worst job in local politics.

Pennywize had a stall at zinefest, and the general reaction seemed to be a mix of amusement, and confusion lol. He actually does have some pretty decent politics though.
