Dumpster fires abound, but I found a 0.38mm pen refill for my soot sprite (Totoro!) Uni pen. Tried Uni-Ball Signo refills; they write better than the Uni One refills, I think.
I don't always reach for my fountain pens (Perpanep preppy w/Carbon Black), but when I do, I need it to work & feel right.

これからスタンプの色決めの儀式を行います。今まではコクヨのPERPANEPにペンリスト、付箋リストと一緒に記録してきたけど、せっかくなので今後はスタンプはスタンプフェスティバルで貰ってきたノートに記録していくよ。コクヨのPERPANEPは紙質も厚くてしっかりしてるのでアーカイブで残したい記録には最適。ペンリストやずっと更新し続けてるwish list用に使ってる。

Had fun at Wonder Pens earlier making myself a little glow-in-the-dark Kaweco Sport. Was pleasantly surprised to see they got the gorgeous new Wearingeul ink in that I wanted. And then I came home to find my new journal stencils and Preppy Perpanep had arrived. New pen day times two. 😊🖋️

The cheaper notebooks from Kokuyo are good for the price and in lots of sizes and patterns )I prefer B6 for writing. Their Perpanep Zarazara notes books are up there with Midori etc.

Got a fountain pen for the first time in ages, it's lovely and Japanese and minimalist, but god-damn it's annoying that the text is all upside down for my lefty-handedness.
Platinum Preppy Perpanep edition, white plastic fountain pen with curved plastic clip and logo text small and in grey. It's on some lined paper where I have scribbled that the nib is too fine but I do like my handwriting with this pen.

Fountain pens can be finicky, but Pilot pens just work. The con-40 is a mess, but if a pen can fit a con-70, let's go! I also want to try the custom 823 some day.

Platinum Preppy has no business being that good of a pen at that price point. I have a regular Preppy and a Perpanep and love them.
