Turns out I'm a radical optimist.
Six months ago, @svaneksmith.bsky.social and I made a bet on gas prices. I predicted $3.60 a gallon, thinking I was being the pessimist.

I love all the memes and enthusiasm and drinking Republican tears, but I'm going to be a skeptic and a pessimist until I actually see Democrats actively pursue impeachments and actual legal action to protect rights of minorities and at the very least *try to succeed*.
