**Abstract:** This paper details a novel closed-loop feedback control system for maximizing thrust efficiency in pulsed fission fragment propulsion (PFFP) engines. Traditional PFFP designs face challenges in precisely directing the highly divergent ion beam generated by fission fragment decay.
