if someone ever tries to use pgadmin in arch check the symlinks of the python binaries from the /usr/pgadmin4/venv/bin folder, because they might be pointing at no existing ones and make sure this ones are pointing to python3.12 (install it if u dont have it) and that should do it hahjakdjksjkfjkas
