The long awaited 140mm variant of the Phanteks T30 dropped quietly in December and I have seen exactly one review of it. The previous model was a game changer that pushed more air by making the fan thicker. Probably doesn't help that they are 40 dollars and nobody can build a computer.

This is an unfortunate result.
I appreciate what Phanteks was going for here, but the idea simply isn't supported by the real world usage.
It looks really interesting! But the idea of "separate all the heat-generating parts" doesn't work in practice because they all rely on each other for airflow.

This is an unfortunate result.
I appreciate what Phanteks was going for here, but the idea simply isn't supported by the real world usage.
It looks really interesting! But the idea of "separate all the heat-generating parts" doesn't work in practice because they all rely on each other for airflow.

Well, I am trying to improve my PC's airflow and cooling, so I am getting some more Phanteks fans for my AIO and case. My AIO is a Thermalright 360mm one, and my case uses 140mm Phanteks fans. Getting the Gen 2 Daisychain ones to cut down on wires.

About 8TB each drive. I reused an old X99WS 2011v3 mobo and an i7 - 5th gen. Everything went into the massive Enthoo Phanteks Pro 2
