In the past 7 months, the Twin Cities have seen the assassination of State Rep Melissa Hortman & her husband and the attempted murder of State Sen John Hoffman and his wife, the mass shooting of children at Annunciation Church, and now the murder of an innocent women by an ICE agent. It hurts.

I didn't have a keychain pillcase but i did have a dab jar, a keychain mount, and some paint. thus is good because i get to recycle things and not can keep important tiny things from going missing

I admittedly could take more apple cider vinegar antacid pills and put them in my nightly pillcase but they cost enough that I'm always like "but what if today is the day I don't notice it before bed"

Why is it so much easier to hyperfixate on the housework that eats up my mental energy than on doing the homework while ignoring the dusty pile of deferred tasks?
At least I have found the bottles of supplements I stopped taking in case I couldn't buy more & put them in my pillcase.

Post recent hospital stays, with additional meds prescribed, had to ditch my long-time 1x7 pill strip for Hilde's old 4x7 pillcase. Went from one nighttime batch to morning batch, mid-day pill, night batch.

Hate it.
Now that I'm using divided pillcases I'm alarmed by how many times I think "oh, I must not have taken my pill yet" only to look in the pillcase and find I did in fact already take my pill. (Who knows what I was doing in the past.)
