Ich hab die Pkhali eben noch einmal gemacht, weil gestern so lecker.
Und dabei eine Variante mit Spinat ausprobiert, die in Georgien auch bekannt ist.
Ist ein bisschen weniger aromatisch, man muss etwas mehr Säure und Salz zugeben.
Aber trotzdem lecker.

ordered a pkhali (chopped and minced vegetables with grounded nuts, herbs) + cornbread
a lobiani, bread filled with mashed beans and bacon (it was so big, we couldn’t even finish half)
and an ube with hibiscus rose latte…which had a little too much cream, tbh 😅
