In our experience the typical German #pluginsolar consumer owns a house or apartment. He is 50+, technically interested, rather male, middle class and lives in a suburb or rural location.
#pluginpv is usually not bought by renters (especially not in high rise buildings), poor people or students.

We estimate that about 40% of #pluginsolar devices in Germany are mounted at a balcony and around 40% are mounted on a flat roof or garden.

It is a compromise, but better than what was originally proposed.

Just a few hours ago, the expected regulations for #PlugInPV were issued by the minister in #Greece as well.
It is a compromise, but better than what was originally proposed.

The UK "legalized" #pluginpv but didn't change any law concerning the right of #tenants to use it. The guidance simply says "ask your #landlord”.
Is #pluginsolar now subject to the whims of the landlord or does UK law give tenant a right to install it because its legal?

Es spricht wenig dagegen, kleine einfache Wohnungen mit 22m2 plus Balkon mit PluginPV und Klimaanlage als Heizung zu bauen. Da kann man leistbar sehr viel individuellen Wohnraum schaffen, der viele Alleinstehende sehr lange glücklich machen wird. Nur verlangt die Stadt oft Parkplätze für Autos dazu

Hallo @balkon.solar, #pluginpv und #kleinspeicher community! Ich liebäugele mit dem #SunEnergyXT BK215 Plus. Hat jemand Erfahrung damit? Ich würde gerne die vollen 1600 W PV Input anschließen. Hat da jemand 4 PV Module dran laufen? Die Anleitung sagt Parallel/Reihenschaltung geht, aber bis 800 W.
