Pregnant people and recently pregnant people. The care available for me when I was going through a PMAD was laughably insufficient and I I was in no way prepared to re-enter the workforce when my leave was up. And I got WAY more care than most people with PMADs.
One of the reasons I’m making this very annoying point is that I think some people believe that if we codify Roe, we’ve fixed the problem.

serious mental illness is not just an off day here and there. in 2020 I was out for 8+ months with psychosis and mania and depression. I didn't lose my healthcare or my career even though I lost my mind

I feel so much sympathy for people who hurt their children or themselves while suffering from a PMAD. I had the time and space and money to get better, a supportive family…basically every resource available. A lot of people don’t even KNOW they have a PMAD.

The risperidone did not work well for my PMAD but after the toddler was off breastmilk I switched to olanzapine which has been fantastic.

The metropolitan plan (PMAD) mandates TODs with minimum density around higher order transit. Many of those parkings will eventually be redeveloped, but my understanding is that they have been handed over to the ARTM, so it's up to them.
