Old Mutual Namibia’s rewards programme saw customers redeeming more than 10.4 million points which is equivalent to N$1 million. Old Mutual chief operating officer Logan Fransman says the rewards programme continues to grow as a key customer loyalty and engagement programme, with more than 25 000 members now participating. He says Old Mutual Namibia, in partnership with The Foschini Group (TFG) and Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC), has made a significant impact. “This milestone is more than just a number, it’s a reflection of the trust our customers place in us and our commitment to return that value meaningfully,” Fransman said on Wednesday. He added that partnering with TFG and MTC, the company is creating a relevant and rewarding ecosystem that speaks to its customers’ everyday needs. Mignon du Preez, group marketing, public affairs and sustainability executive, says the rewards programme is one of the many ways Old Mutual is enhancing customer experience and financial well-being. “Reaching the N$1 million redemption mark shows the power of partnerships and the value we’re putting back into the pockets of our members,” she says. She further highlights the 10 433 700 total points redeemed. “N$1 million of redemption value to customers with more than 25 000 members joined the rewards programme,” Du Preez says.
