She is a starry night cichlid #Paratilapia #polleni from Madagascar ✨

I had to part with her because she was in wrong company in an aquarium dedicated to West African fishes. Plus she was extremely aggressive toward any other fish except birchirs, ropefish, and catfishes.

Yeah, really anything that isn't polleni. Shame there isn't as much attention given to the malagasy/indian cichlids compared to even a lot of the more obscure african and new world taxa
