Colonoscopy tomorrow.
Last year I was notified that growths removed during a 2023 colonoscopy were pre-cancerous. In discussion about this with family I found some history of colon cancer. Then, in Dec and Jan I had some concerning GI symptoms.
So the "3 year" follow-up was hurried up.

Some 40 years ago I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I read in a piece in the New York Review how the USSR's Glavlit had ordered a marine biology PhD thesis on colonial polyps to remove the word "colonial" because it wasn't nice to call polyps colonial.
