A litter of Doberman puppies turned out to be the best remedy for a German Shepherd going through a very difficult time. She was put in charge of looking after them, and little by little, the little ones brought back her joy.

She could have walked out of the shelter alone, but she wouldn’t go without the little dog who had become her family. In the end, someone understood that these two hearts belonged together. 🥹❤️

I sometimes go days without talking to anyone but my dog and despite the fact that she's a poor conversationalist, I still enjoy her company more than I enjoy the company of most people.
