Caution. What is "India's Gini Index"? Some countries provided the Word Bank with income deciles, others - like India - provided consumption deciles (api.worldbank.org/pip/v1/pip?c...). So you can't put that into a ranking of income Ginis.
Word Bank data with deciles for income and distribion. (India used a consumpion Gini to make claims about world lowest income inequality. That‘s misleading.)
