Mit etwas Neigung zu Süchten oder auch nur Poweruse wurde man von den narzisstischen Milliardären in ihre ökosysteme gezogen und muss sich nach freieren Alternativen umschauen. Wäre strenggenommen alles staatliche Aufgabe ;)

The poweruse in summer is lower, so France did not design the reactors to run, because they are not needed, as the capacity is for winter. So they close to river cooled in every summer, but not the sea ones. Thats by design, and is not a fault.
