A long and comprehensive opinion, but this jumped out at me: The judge accused the Federal Protective Service—which was called in to suppress the protests—of lying under oath to slander the regular Portland police.😬

DOJ recently admitted that other FPS claims in this case were objectively false.

"Additionally, the (FPS) officers were giving PPB “inaccurate” information, “based on things [PPB was] able to corroborate through different sources, including [its] airplane.”

PPB. (*please post butt)

Earlier this month, a journalist recorded a PPB officer repeatedly punching a protester who was already restrained. The following day, a protester recorded a PPB officer defending the ICE shooting of Renée Good. Through record requests, we ID'd the officers, who it turns out, might be related. (1/3)

All the methane data for 2024 is now in the books. The average for 2024 was 1930.15 ppb compared to 1921.74 ppb for 2023.

The annual rise for 2024 of 8.41 ppb over 2023's level was the lowest annual gain since 2018 gained 7.81 ppb over 2017.

Thanks NOAA!

didn't wilson try to cut like $20 million from the PPB budget this last cycle?
"...Wilson confirmed he's declined to back three candidates in the District 3 and 4 races — incumbents Angelita Morillo, Tiffany Koyama Lane and Mitch Green — citing what he described as a 'litmus test' on police funding."

Methane reached another new *record high* value in October 2024 (1942.9 ppb).

October 2023's global methane abundance was 1930.6 ppb.

The more you know!

Atmospheric methane increased 7.22 ppb from July 2024 to July 2025. However, due to methane's short lifetime (about 110 months), it required over 153 ppb of new methane to cause the atmospheric level to rise by 7.22 ppb.

As for the 'Global Methane Pledge'...

Greenhouse gas concentrations keep rising. The planet keeps warming in response. And that added heat shows up in the extremes and impacts. This is really basic stuff.

The study's highest detected glyphosate level (111 ppb in Thin Mints) falls well within FDA and EPA safety guidelines of 100-400,000 ppb. Similarly, their lead findings of 42.5 ppb are less than half the FDA's action level for children's food.

Brilliant:
PPB: Trump is a literal psycho.

Trump: nuh-uh! I'll sue you for saying that.

PPB: promise?

Trump: the best sue ever.

PPB: okay. Prove that what we said isn't true. In order to do that you have to show us your health records proving you're healthy.

Good luck!
