Dieser Haushalt hat seine Espressomaschine ausgetauscht. Die „alte“ wird ein Weihnachtsgeschenk irgendwo in Essen. Die neue heizt schneller hoch und passt auch sonst besser zu den Anforderungen.

Better pic of my setup. I have a Profitec Drive espresso machine, a Baratza Sette 270W (upgraded to a 270Wi), an Acaia Pearl scale, a knock box, rattleware steaming pitcher, Profitec branded tamper and tamping mat, Taylor thermometer, and Ancap 12oz latte cup and demitasse.

Profitec Pro 400, ECM Mechanika Slim PID sind gerade so die Kandidaten, aber ich bin noch null final festgelegt, daher auch gleich meine Frage

Since I judge coffee shops on their espresso equipment. I feel like it’s only fair to share my home setup for judgement. Ceado e37s grinder and Profitec Pro 600. The other grinder is a Eureka Specialita. We use the Eureka for Cuban coffee and the Ceado for regular espresso.

Have you checked out our First Look at the Profitec Go espresso machine? It's got some decent features, but the Lelit Victoria might be a better choice.

Have you checked out our First Look at the Profitec Go espresso machine? It's got some decent features, but the Lelit Victoria might be a better choice.

Profitec Pro 800 is pretty much the lowest end entry point I could recommend for someone such as yourself.

After doing some research on E61-style machines I can probably live without a rotary pump as that seems to be a huge cost driver for primarily acoustic improvements (not looking to plumb my machine in any time soon). Profitec Pro 600 seems to be the current front-runner if I do make the leap
