Ooooooo this is pretty much EXACTLY what i've wanted. Then the only thing missing at home would be DIY pinball bumper/plunger setup.

Golly! Ghost! is impossible to emulate "accurately", because it worked by projecting the ghosts on to a haunted house diorama inside the cabinet. Parts of the diorama - doors, fridges, lights, cupboard - were rigged to operate in sync with the ghosts being displayed. It's amazing in motion.

If I can manage to get a good night's sleep tonight, I'm going to go on an insane day trip to an arcade in New Hampshire to play Galaxian3: Attack of the Zolgear and Propcycle tomorrow.
If not, I'll stay local and play lots of Bemani games.

Home ports were difficult and often exp could not be replicated. stuff like DOA, Spawn and Gauntlet legends were identical to arcade. War Final Assault 4pl co-op FPS arcade, 1999, no home port.
