Yes, it’s mostly gluten-free, but I’m not sure about the seasoning on their yellow rice. I always take a prophylactic Benadryl, just in case. Helps me sleep through the night.

Yeah and more broadly a sense of insecurity and not being validated. I think a lot of people have less severe cases. One prophylactic is doing something good for other people without expecting thanks- a good way to build up a sense of healthy self-regard IMO

I just watched it again and you are absolutely correct that we had no other choice... if such cringe was not met with swift and brutal mockery, that guy might have actually ended up as the next SNL cast member. It's a healthy prophylactic.

Ugh, my current provider is better about this, but I went in for an annual physical with my previous provider and when I said that I'd been having some pain in my foot, the doc said that if she looked at it, the visit would have to be billed as a treatment visit rather than annual prophylactic.

Ooh oof. Hope you heal up soon! With deep scratches, I think the doctor will usually prescribe prophylactic antibiotics to stop potential infections. Take care!
