我常覺得自己的心被世界推著走。
但或許——
神正在教我，在人群裡也能安靜，
在喧鬧中也能聽見祂的聲音。
願我每一個早晨，都能重新呼吸、重新依靠。
「耶和華啊，早晨祢必聽我的聲音。」（詩篇5:3）

回家過節，身體又出現熟悉的反應——頭痛、疲倦、心亂。
我開始懷疑，是創傷記憶在說話，還是單純太累。
明天早上要去打四小時點滴，
我只求神保護我，也幫我學會溫柔對待自己。
我不需要再對自己有那麼多期待，
因為我的體力有限，
我的靈魂需要空間、需要獨處。
