I'm asking, because being of sound mind seems to be a crucial requirement to get things done and keep personnel and equipment from harm.
We, twice now, have a POTUS who is not of sound mind. He was never screened with a #PsychEvaluation. Much harm comes from the irresponsibility of such a person.

I had a better idea and have suggested (for years) that potential candidates for POTUS, fill out a form like a a grant application, and specify in writing what their intentions and plans are for administration of the USA. Also, that they be vetted in every way including with a #PsychEvaluation.
