Abstract (English) This paper offers specialists in quantum biology, biophotonics, systems oncology, bioelectric regeneration, microbial cognition and psychoneuroimmunology a compact methodological framework for discussing possible points of contact with the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis. AU treats a non-local archive of irreversible events (the thought-form entropy field SΘS_\ThetaSΘ) as fundamental and defines complex informational processes through the generation of coherent records. The text strictly separates three levels: empirically investigated phenomena, hypothetical AU interpretations, and ethical questions. Four empirical blocks are examined—quantum coherence, biophotons (UPE), informational/entropic approaches to oncology, and bioelectric regulation—together with microbial cognition and psychoneuroimmune effects. In each case the mainstream account is preserved as primary; AU is introduced only as an optional additional language. No therapeutic protocols or clinical claims are advanced. Near-term research is restricted to narrow, falsifiable correlational questions. The aim is interdisciplinary dialogue without conflation of levels. В AU фундаментальной структурой считается нелокальный архив необратимых событий (поле энтропии мыслеформ SΘS_\ThetaSΘ), а сложные информационные процессы определяются через генерацию когерентных записей. Текст строго разделяет три уровня: эмпирически исследуемые феномены, гипотетические AU-интерпретации и этические вопросы. Рассматриваются четыре эмпирических блока — квантовая когерентность, биофотоны (UPE), информационные/энтропийные подходы в онкологии и биоэлектрическая регуляция — а также микробная когниция и психонейроиммунные эффекты. В каждом случае мейнстримное объяснение сохраняется как основное; AU вводится лишь как необязательный дополнительный язык. Терапевтические протоколы и клинические заявления отсутствуют. Ближайшие исследования ограничиваются узкими фальсифицируемыми корреляционными вопросами. Цель — междисциплинарный диалог без смешения уровней.
