Remember, if you write about this or talk about it: the UK government (and multiple US states, and and and) are not banning the use of puberty blockers in children. They're banning the use of puberty blockers for *trans* children. It's perfectly acceptable to delay puberty in *cis* children.

They hit the nail on the head. Puberty blockers are typically prescribed for cis youth to alleviate the mental stress of starting puberty before their peers. Most of the time, there's no actual physical issue with early puberty unless it's extremely early.

having been through female puberty and now experiencing male puberty i would say the amount of anger is the same
just the anger of female puberty was mainly directed at myself, inward, about my own failures (to fit in, to look pretty/thin/etc)
and male puberty the anger is directed mostly outward

Many people will shout, "No one is seriously suggesting that young people be put on hormones!" and to be perfectly, 100% clear, trans people are seriously suggesting that. Trans people of all ages would prefer if young trans people had access to HRT instead of the compromise of puberty blockers.
