A little late, but 6 months with Bertie! He loves to snuggle + nap, but only when he isn’t: meowing, yowling, galloping, running, sneaking, somersaulting, jumping, biting, scratching, eating. Fave toys are: golf ball, dented ping pong ball, tattered red ribbon, a sushi-shaped mini stuffie.

I'm Nicki, a digital artist primarily and I usually draw my OCs, only very occasionally drawing fanart or friend's OCs. Artstyle's going through a bit of a shift atm (ty artfight). Draw a bunch of fantasy stuff, that's my bread and butter.

Here's my stuff;
Portrait of my OC Tech! He's like, Warforged adjacent? And is kind of supposed to evote a weird doll/puppet, in part. He has a pretty sharp face shape. He has very dark brown skin, long elf like ears, and fire hair. There's lines on his face, neck, and ears to demarcate various 'sections', including two at the edge of his mouth going down to the chin (hence the puppet comparison. His sclera is dark red and his irises are a bright gold. He wears a paler orange turtleneck, a faded red leather jacket (whose collar rides very high, and up and out, if that makes sense) and above the turtleneck but below the jacket is supposed to be like... a leather armor type deal, almost. Also a dark red. Another Portrait, this of my OC Opal. She's supposed to almost evoke like a ghost bride type vibe, even though she is alive. She has pale skin and is wearing a white dress and veil. Her hair goes from a white/grayish color at the roots to a more pinkish red the further down you go. It's quite long, mostly straight and a bit messy. She has bangs, too, could cover her eyes, though they're moved out of the way enough to see a bloody blindfold. Blood drips down from one eye to her chin, and there's like, bloody tear marks down her face. She's also wearing a pearl necklace with a gem at the end, I think the pendant was supposed to be either an opal or a moonstone? I don't remember. It's a pale blue, though. More portraits! This one of my OC Grace. Normal human looking girl, with black, very curly hair (was aiming for 4c? Dunno if I succeeded though). She has bangs covering one eye and the rest of her hair tied up in a messy-ish bun. She's wearing a dark purple hoodie and her visible eye is purple. She's a black woman with a deeper skintone Reference sheet of my OC Em! Made it for artfight, pretty proud. The ref sheet includes two close-ups of her eyes (one close-up being normal looking and with her eyes gold in color, one with like... combo snake+goat pupils, with one eye being green and one being purple), a closeup of her glasses (round and tinted pink), then three full body images. One is her in skintight grey suit, just to show off her body type much better than her outfits would allow (she's chubby with larger breasts) without risking breaking various platforms TOS lol. One is of her normal outfit, which is a dark green dress with a wide skirt, a white apron, and then a red hood/shawl thing thrown on top. With red shoes/white stockings, and white gloves. Also some gold accents on like, the chain that helps keep the hood on. Then the third full body has an alternative outfit, a long, dark green turtleneck dress with a white heart on the front that is a little more form fitting. It has short sleeves, but the dress cuts off at the ankle. No shoes for this one, she wears it at home and just goes around in her stockings. The ref has no shading, but I put the colors aside for easy sampling regardless. Em herself has pale skin, dark brown hair, and freckles. Her eyes switch between the two modes described above.
