I think if UWaterloo didn't want parents to change their babies' diapers on the benches in the main corridor, they would provide proper facilities as they have done in many buildings that rarely see a baby. I think QNC has six changing tables. Six.

Quantum eMotion's SecureKey Technology Receives U.S. Patent Notice of Allowance
Quantum eMotion (QNC) announced that its subsidiary SKV Technology has received a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Notice of Allowance for U.S. patent application No. 18/819,165 covering its SecureKey™ cryptographic technology.The Notice of Allowance means the application is eligible to proceed toward issuance as a U.S. patent once administrative requirements are completed. SecureKey is designed to manage and protect cryptographic key material during cryptographic operations, with the allowed claims defining the scope of protection sought. Separately, the SecureKey Cryptographic Module is in testing under the FIPS 140-3 cryptographic-module validation framework with an Implementation Under Test (IUT) designation, which does not yet constitute validation or certification and has no assured outcome or timeline.
