I (currently an employee of OSU) have resentment because when I was in college there were no Quadball leagues, so my tiny D3 liberal arts Quadball team got pulverized by OSU's D1 Quadball team constantly.

actually physical quidditch doesn’t exist anymore as collegiate quadball changed its name when it divested from rowling’s bullshit. we also used pvc pipes instead of brooms for aerodynamic purposes. i know because i played collegiate quadball back when it was called “quidditch”.

I did the midnight release at Waldenbooks in VA, and I was in my 20s, and just seeing people happy about books was cool. I loved HP and even played IRL quidditch (quadball now) when I went back to college. But I am never putting money into it again.
