After two months that ridge is gone and my left quadricep no longer locks up if I flex it too hard. Bravo for brute force
A week or so ago I bought a 4 pound hammer to pound out this weird band/ridge of knotted muscle I’ve had in my left quadricep for the last, maybe, 2 years? Nothing else was helping. This definitely seems to be.
