It’s #fridaybee #beefriday! Just put these #muscari plants out. Seconds later this lovely #queenbumblebee arrived feeding on the nectar rich flowers. I think she is a white tailed #bumblebee #bombuslucorum. Her bands are more yellowy-lemon? @bumblebeetrust.bsky.social
Don’t worry about her mites!

Found a QUEEN red-tailed #bumblebee yeoorganicgarden yesterday. It’s very late in the season & another reminder that late forage is so very important for our late active #pollinator pals. This beauty a Bombus lapidarius was feeding on asters. #yeovalleyorganic #somerset #bumblebees🐝 #queenbumblebee

And breathe. A #sundaymorning escape to @osterleynt. H walked around the park to add to her #fundraiser for @bowelresearchuk. I had a slow wander around the house & garden. Lovely #trees & a #queenbumblebee & green #caterpillar inside a #hickorynut #naturetherapy #recuperation
