More food monsters for Quest Chefs!

I knew pretty early on that I wanted Chili Peppers to be the setting's equivalent of fire-breathing dragons, but Bell Peppers were a challenge to figure out.
I like to turn the veggies around to see if there's other angles to look at and find cool designs in!

🌶🫑
A monstrous, four-legged bell pepper. Its main body is a bell pepper turned on its side, with the stem forming a tail and the chambers of the pepper coming together as a hippopotamus-like mouth. It has small, beady eyes that stare dumbfoundedly. A draconic monster made of two chilli peppers, one for its head and the other for its quadrupedal body. Its long mouth is lined with teeth and blows a gout of flame upwards. It sneers with maniacal, sadistic energy.

I've got like two or three ideas for a game adaptation already, but one of my favorites would be an RPG like the Mario & Luigi series.

Here's some vegetable monster designs for Quest Chefs!

When I first developed the idea of food monsters they were mostly bipedal and anthropomorphic, but that quickly shifted when I thought of different and exciting ways for battle scenes to take place.
Kind of like designing a video game!
A potato monster. Its main body is a simple, ellipsoidal potato, with eyes and short limbs made of tuberous sprouts. Its gaze is unfocused and its expression slack. Three floating onions, with bulging, cyclopean eyes where their root ends would be. The stems of the onions hang down behind them, similar to an optic nerve. The eyes leak a tear-like substance as the onions drift about and stare ominously. A monstrous carrot, with legs similar to a canine's. The root end of the carrot tapers to a snout-like point, with a toothy maw hanging open beneath it. The stems and leaves curve over it like a long tail. It bears a manic, cruel grin.

I couldn't join a new social media platform without talking about my current project, QUEST CHEFS!!

In a world where all livestock and vegetables are monsters, people rely on valiant knights to defend them and cook food!

Join our heroes Crouton and Rosbif on their culinary conquest!
👩🏾‍🍳⚔️🍎🥕🧅🐔
Crouton, a young girl with curly hair, and Rosbif, a muscled chef with a large cleaver, stand in a forest clearing. Surrounding them are many anthropomorphic vegetable monsters, advancing menacingly. Chopped up vegetables litter the ground around the pair. Crouton and Rosbif sit around a campfire in the forest, sharing a night-time meal. A large pot has been suspended over the fire. Crouton is enthusiastically talking about something, as Rosbif half-heartedly listens. Unbeknownst to them, two fiendish mushrooms are perched on a branch above them, watching from the shadows. Rosbif is battling an enormous, monstrously warped three-eyed chicken. From its center eye it fires a crackling beam of green light at him, missing the warrior chef narrowly. Crouton watches the ongoing combat with a mixture of anxiety and awe. Crouton and Rosbif stand by a country road snaking its way across a hilly landscape. They look across towards a towering city made of white marble at the edge of a large lake in the distance. Ships and boats have docked at its many ports.
