It dawned on me that p’eske de quinua is a dish most of y’all have probably never heard of.
Cook the quinua with a chicken bone, sauté garlic onion and potato with salt and pepper, dice up some non melting salty cheese, throw that in the quinua with milk, boil again, serve with asnapa

Hoje: na cumbuca, alfaces, quinua, amendoim, azeitona preta, batata calabresa, LENTILHAS germinadas, passas, milho cozido, cogumelos grelhados, abacate, manjericão, molho tahine; no copo, suco de abacaxi com capim limão

Apparently it’s beef time on Bluesky now so here’s the most recent beef I ate, which was a fancy interpretation of lomo saltado with quinua, so not traditional but since I basically can’t have rice I was pretty stoked.

Seriously the street carts have quinua, maca, oatmeal, and sandwiches, and they’re the best fast food at 6 am and you’ll get a drink and a sandwich for like 3 soles, can’t be beat for price or time
