This is really #QuiteGood to . One of my fave parts of The Beasties book is the description of how MCA physically constructed the beats and groove for Paul Revere, a whole mess of tape loops and delays etc #vinyl

Today's good news I can swim and cycle again....did punishing few minutes in Camberwell pool today and plan to cycle, oh as far as Brixton, tomorrow. Also today's Camberwell writers group at library quite as bonkers as I've come to expect. All in all really #quitegood
