Editorial cartoon © 2025 by R.J. Matson depicting the upper half of each body respectively, and both looking at the viewer: R.F.K Jr. on the right standing next to and with his right hand on the shoulder of Alfred E. Neuman on the left (the "boy" from Mad Magazine) (who is wearing no shirt). Alfred, with bushy red hair, blue eyes and big ears, is smiling his broken tooth smile as always. Alfred clearly has a bad case of measles as shown by all the red spots all over his body with the red spots on his chest spelling out "MEASLES'. RFK Jr., with a goofy looking smile on his face also showing a missing tooth like Alfred, and also with blue eyes and big ears, is wearing a grey suit, blue shirt, darker blue tie, and has a red lanyard around his neck that has a plastic ID card attached that says "secretary" for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which he currently is (18Apr2025). RFK JR appears to be offering "CASTOR OIL" in a small bottle to a soon to be dead Alfred, who is saying 'WHAT, ME WORRY?" (as he always does).
