there's actually quite a bit of overlap with how they behave and how radfems do. they're ostensibly fighting for the rights of someone, but they'll turn on them in an instant and start hurling insults that, ironically, prove they're just as bigoted as those they fight against.

I agree sa sinasabi ng radfems na yung porn/sex industry hindi sila kailanman magiging beneficial para sa babae. I fully agree on that. Agree na agree pa nga ako na they be seeing through the bullshitness of libfems na revolutionary yung pagkakaroon ng maraming bodycount kahit hindi naman.

There are radical feminists, and then there are radfems. They have become quite distinct things. The term has been simplified and shortened for social media use, at the same time the ideology itself has been simplified and shortened for social media use. I distrust anyone who identifies with it.

Radfems welcome gender non-conformity. A woman is female whether she conforms to feminine stereotypes or not, or rejects womanhood entirely by identifying as a man.

Radfems do not believe the idea of male supremacy is a natural, innate state for humans. We are all conditioned in male supremacy, and gender or rather sex stereotypes are used more and less rigidly around the world to enforce gender hierarchy. This all, of course, harms men as well as women.

Sex refers to the embodied, biological male/female distinction. Gender refers to the social roles, stereotypes, expectations, behaviours, and hierarchies imposed on people because of sex. Radfems are critical of gender and seek to abolish it.
