Last job of the day. Lawn is mown. Time for a Pineapple Rum and Ginger Ale and a quick chat on GB3SP before Mrs Mushroom gets home. I am really liking this Radtel RT-950PRO. It gets good reports on air, huge battery life (2600mah). SW. LW receive (mixed results) and tri-frequency standby.

Local airport on my Radtel. No outdoor antennae. Still picks up the tower and flight radios nicely. I paid less than 30$ and it came with several antennae, and all the usual accessories. Had to jail break it for the other things, but it works well for ~$30. #HAM #Scanners. Air band. Unlocked.📻🛩️🛫

Any ham out there familiar with the Radtel RT-4D? I've got a setup with a Pi-Star connected to Brandmeister and can't get it to stop treating every DMR channel as standby. bsd.network/@rnelson/115... Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

It took me months, but I *finally* have DMR working, complete with my own hotspot even.
There's one thing I haven't been able to sort out. I've got a Radtel RT-4D that I'm programming with their CPS....
