Ok, unless I'm misunderstanding this means with Heavy it's basically exactly like Ragamuffyn, just without the reminder text of only using it while at Max speed.
So by extension that means that it'll work with Snoop and Cauldron, yeah?

Ok, after a quick search Ragamuffyn is a great example for this case I think. Possibly also Bladeback Sliver too. The lack of the conditional text at the end on Heavy is of note, but there's indicators of language simplification this set, like "this card" on a few. They might've just pruned it.
