Primary reason - Training data overfit.
42 is very common in LLM training data because it's the most commonly used default RandomSeed() in coding. LLMs have trained on lots and lots of code, hence the "overfit".

Through my friends I discovered a weird little bug that randomseed doesn't in fact seed the random the same way for everyone.
Mostly on my phone and Linux pc it's different. But also one friend with win11 has different random numbers than the win10 folks.

そういえばLuaコードの実行順を調べられないかな。ストワのLuaバインディングは内部のrandom()やrandomseed()を呼びに行き、それらがすべて使い回されているのよね

math.randomを使えない理由はもう一つあって、ストワLuaからmath.randomseed()にアクセスするとLuaバインディングが内部的にCppかなんかのrandomseed()を叩きに行くので、ストワでレーダーのノイズ計算なんかに使われているシード値もまるっと書き換えられてしまうのよね。ストワLuaは実行順も不明だし。

Cpp向けLuaバインディングライブラリのmath.randomseedの実装がcppでのrandomseedを叩いていて、それがストワの中でグローバルに使われている、ということだと思う。
