Well that made my morning. Just rehomed my big de Longhi oven, cook top, rangehood, splashback and dishwasher which are being stripped out on Monday. Given away for free on Marketplace to a couple who are thrilled to get them for their relocated house. Way better than landfill.

After deleting my first test house I have started over with some new knowledge and ideas. The first room I am tackling is the kitchen (being mindful of the 300 item cap). So far I am pleased with my progress. I even have a fridge! 🥰 #Midnight #MidnightAlpha #Warcraft #WoW

I understand it's a crisis but it's kind of insane that for $400-500 a week for a 2 bedroom flat/apartment only about 15-20% of the properties I have inspected are safe i.e
- Have aircon
- No obvious signs of water damage or old mould.
- kitchen has a rangehood/ extractor fan

* hack the TV (again, after it unhacked itself after losing power)
* pirate the filter for the new rangehood (cause of the power loss during installation)
* migrate the bed light and the heated towel rack to the new network
* fix the toilet cistern (unnetworked)

Cleaning the rangehood properly for the first time since moving in. I wash the filters each year but I never realised I could remove the glass covering the lights. And there's like a FULL TABLESPOON OF GREASE IN THERE. DISGUSTANG. XD
