A point I did appreciate in the Fordham piece: that it isn't just that AP tests are getting easier to pass—it's also that college classes are now "easier" as far as passing rate, grades, etc.
(And all of this is in limbo with AI and so many other changes. Objectivity is a fool's errand.)

Also they have less tax on fuel so percentage changes are larger even if the actual increase is the same - and European countries can easily tweak the duty rate (not that I approve of that)
